Outlook Can't Delete a Large File from the Outbox. Perform the following steps if Outlook cannot delete a large file from the outbox. I CAN send by transferring the PST to my laptop and open the emails, click send, and then they wait in the Outbox with the Ready to send icon until I click 'Send and receive all folders', then they are sent as normal.
